1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies, which are separate from these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required to use TikTok in your country or region. If local law requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, you may use the Game only with that permission. You may not use the Game where doing so would violate applicable law.

3. The Game

MillionHaul is an entertainment game in which players inspect and open virtual cargo, make gameplay choices, collect virtual artifacts, and improve virtual salvage equipment. Outcomes, offers, values, and rewards exist only within the Game.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

4. Virtual Items and Game Progress

The Game may include virtual coins, energy, equipment, cargo, artifacts, upgrades, and other virtual content (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged outside the Game.

We may adjust Virtual Items or game progress when reasonably necessary to correct technical errors, prevent abuse, restore service integrity, rebalance gameplay, or comply with law. We will not intentionally remove earned progress arbitrarily. Local or cloud save functionality may occasionally fail, be delayed, or be unavailable; you should not rely on Virtual Items as having permanent or real-world value.

5. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

The Game may display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements. An advertised reward is granted only when the relevant ad provider confirms completion. Ad availability, content, and delivery may vary by region, device, or account and are not guaranteed.

TikTok, advertising providers, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, modified clients, or unauthorized software;
• interfere with the Game, its servers, security, or another player’s use;
• reverse engineer or extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• access, collect, or attempt to obtain another person’s data without authorization;
• sell, trade, transfer, or commercially exploit access, progress, or Virtual Items;
• use the Game for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity; or
• misrepresent your relationship with MillionHaul or TikTok.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game and its original code, artwork, text, audio, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to MillionHaul and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. TikTok and any third-party names, marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding or content except as necessary to play the Game.

If you believe content in the Game infringes your rights, contact us with sufficient information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and the basis of your claim.

8. Updates and Service Availability

We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Game to improve it, maintain security, comply with platform requirements, or address technical and legal issues. The Game may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity, platform changes, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MillionHaul will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the Game, including loss of data, progress, opportunity, or expected benefits. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law so provides.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe you materially violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, abused the Game, or when continued operation is no longer reasonably possible. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the Game, law, or platform requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice in the Game or through TikTok when required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction over the company’s registered address in Shenzhen, China, unless mandatory law entitles you to bring the dispute before a different court. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available in your country or region.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and MillionHaul regarding the Game.
